Ahh, chicken.

We cook it often for a quick, and nutritious lunch or dinner that often results in an improperly seasoned meat with a rubbery, chewy texture.

When we source our chicken, why do we only reach for the breasts where there are cheaper alternatives?

Finally, why do we always resort to grilling them, when there are endless techniques and preparation methods out there?

Join us for our cooking class, as Chef Michael Ferraro, Executive Chef and Partner at Delicatessen, and founder of Macbar, demystifies one of the most versatile meats out there. We’ll explore its entire anatomy, along with the many ways to prepare and cook it for optimal flavor.

We’ll be heading inside Delicatessen’s kitchen, as Chef Michael breaks down entire chickens, piece by piece, guiding us through its entire anatomy, and culinary applications.

Afterwards, we’ll head to the restaurant’s atrium for a family-style tasting of chicken prepared in various ways, along with a complimentary glass of wine, and further interaction with Chef Michael & guests.

Everyone will leave with digital recipes to recreate the magical flavor in the comfort of their own apartment.
