Join The Cabinet’s Bar team for a special conversation on the production, cultures and flavors of mezcal.
Starting with an overview of mezcal production, we’ll then taste through our three distinct agaves individually.
Students will then be asked to describe the notes in the spirits.
Recipes will be provided to recreate these delicious cocktails at home.
