Join Rebecca Tison of cream puff destination Barachou, for a hands-on and fun-filled cream puff decorating class!

Also known as choux à la crème, guests will get the inside scoop on what makes this petite Parisian street snack so popular. 

After a brief history on the cream puff and its cultural importance, guests will head to the back kitchen where they’ll learn to make the fillings, fill the cream puff and pipe it with your own custom ingredients. 

Regardless of skill level, all guests will learn the art of designing these delicious and visually stunning treats.

Whether you're a baking enthusiast or just looking for a unique and enjoyable experience, Rebecca and her skilled instructors will guide you through every step.

After decorating the cream puffs, guests are welcome to enjoy their creations at the shop or take them home to devour.

Founder & CEO, Barachou

Rebecca opened her first shop on the Upper West Side in 2019 after 6 years in marketing at large French and American corporations.

After visiting her mother in France while living in NYC, Rebecca passed by a local cream puff bar and knew immediately what she needed to do next.

As soon as she returned from here trip, Rebecca cancelled her contract at a prestigious NYC bank to go all in on Barachou.

While she wasn’t the first to introduce cream puffs to New Yorkers, she is the first to open a shop dedicated to cream puffs that are authentically French.

A play on words, Barachou comes from the word Bar a Choux literally translates in French to Cream Puff Bar.

While dotted all across France, New Yorkers can now also experience cream puff bar culture.

Offered in 12 different flavors, this delicious treat offers a unique taste each time all while being visually appealing, colorful and very photogenic.
