Join Joe Calderone, Chef and Creative director of NYC institution, Serendipity 3, as you learn to learn to build your very own ice cream sundae, layer by layer!
Known for its outlandish and whimsical creations, Serenditpity 3 has been an enclave for artists like Andy Worhol, celebrities like Marilyn Monroe of course dessert-lovers since 1954.
This hands-on class is the perfect opportunity to let your inner child run free as you’re surrounded by w eclectic decor - the perfect environment for making an over-the-top sundae!
Each guest will be accompanied with paper and pencil as they sketch their dream sundae before bringing it to life.
Throughout the process, Chef Joe will be going around to assist not only with building the sundae, but will also offer suggestions on how to garnish, drizzle and layer the sundae it based on what speaks to you.
After building your sundae, you’ll get to present and show off your creation to the rest of the group before mingling and hearing stories on Chef Joe and Serendipity3.
Guests will round out the sweet day with a to-go pint of ice cream and an opportunity to peruse their fun variety of gifts.
