Bugs, as part of our diet, and as part of chef-driven cuisine, are finally having its well-deserved spotlight. Sustainable, viable, and high in protein & Omega-3’s, there’s very little to shy away from.

Featured by the likes of the Smithsonian Channel, New York Times, NPR, Food and Wine, and Gizmodo, Brooklyn Bugs strive to introduce edible insects as a sustainable source of protein that can be found in your pantry, eaten as a snack, and beautifully plated by chefs.

In this demo cooking class, learn to incorporate a variety of insects in everyday cooking, and the cooking techniques associated with utilizing insects. Led by Special Guest Chefs, enjoy a tasting menu based off the dishes prepared during the demo.
