Join Brooklyn Chop House owner, Stratis Morfogen, for a class on making the restaurant's signature deli sandwich dumplings!

We'll see first-hand how the restaurant takes deli staples like Pastrami and Philly Cheesesteak, and turns them into delicious dumplings!

In this hands-on class, instructed by Stratis Morfogen, guests will learn how to roll the dumpling dough, shape the shell, and choose the fillings for the dumplings.

About Stratis Morfogen

We are truly honored to offer you this class by Stratis Morfogen, legendary restaurateur and former Philippe Chow owner, at his newest spot, Brooklyn Chop House. Morfogen is a third generation entrepreneur and business leader, who grew up in his father’s seafood restaurant business. He was formerly the Principal for The Grand Night Club and Au bar Night Club; was the CEO of Rouge Night Club from 1993 to 1998; and founded and was the CEO of Gotham City Diner, Captains Choice Catering Company, FultonStreet.com, and Sea Grill of the Aegean Restaurant. Morfogen was a finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000. He and his partners, Michael Reda and David Lee, designed and created the Philippe Chow Restaurant Group with his chef/partner Philippe. After leaving Philippe Chow, Morfogen opened Brooklyn Chop House in October 2018 [LEADERS].
